Chun Myung Hoon is one of the Five Respected Under The Heavens know as Heavenly Demon (천마), he is the first know person of murin to realize the origin of Noh's martial arts and a friend of his master.
This friendship is what leads him to present himself as a Special Problem Solver aka Mercenary and instruct his granddaughter to help Noh (without him knowing) with his blocked meridians.
