She first appears when she got recieved information that Noh's daughter(her niece) was a genius martial artist, where she planed to take her to the Earth clan to teach her Earth clan martial arts, in order to see if she had the potential to become the succesor of the Elemental God.
It was only after her visit that her niece was forced to leave and learn the ways of the Water Clan under Heoh Maksoo
